BIS (Blackberry internet provider) has been stopped and ended by Glo after etisalat ended theirs few months ago.
All Blackberry OS7 and beneath Which can be; Curve, Bold, Torch, Storm, Tour and Porsche will not have BIS anymore you will need to change phone to BB10, Android and IOS device.
The message below was gotten from Glo concerning their BIS;
"Dear Customer, starting December 17, 2016 BlackBerry services on your device (BBOS7 devices) will no longer be available. You can still continue to use the device to Call and Text. We request you to migrate to a BB10, Android, Windows or IOS handset to use your remaining data."
That means you won't be able to access the internet on your blackberry phone on Glo sim or any other blackberry internet Service like BlackBerry World, BBM, Blackberry calendar and travel apps, Blackberry hub etc.
So is hightime you buy a brand new android, iOS or windows smartphone to enjoy Glo's internet Service and after this, different Network Providers will also disable their BIS too.
